Private entrance through front or back door through side gate. In basement of the home there is a laundry room which is shared with the basement apartment. During the summer there is a sectional and patio table in the backyard. There is also grill you are welcome to use all year long. Backyard and grill are shared.

Shawn and Tyler were amazing hosts! They were always quick to respond and very helpful when needed. The place was extremely clean and super cozy. It had everything we needed for lovely stay in SLC. We very much enjoyed our time and would 100% stay here again!!

Shawn and Tyler were great hosts. We had some minor issues with the guests they were hosting in the downstairs unit but they were helpful and proactive resolving the issues for us.

Had a wonderful stay here. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Area was pretty quiet and felt safe. Hosts were quick to respond and always nice. We would totally stay here again!

Centrally located (walking distance) to coffee shops, restaurants, & bars. S-Line 300 East Streetcar station stop is a 3-minute walk if using public transportation from the airport. Easy access to I-15 and I-80 if driving and there is plenty of on street parking on Commonwealth Ave.
